Big O Tires

Robert greeted me at the door. He asked my needs and exceeded them. I was in/out very fast.

The staff and service tech were exceptional. They took care of all my questions and gave me the best service.

Once again, the oil change went without a hitch

I went I. To get air as my low tire pressure light came on. Associate was extreme friendly flu and informative. The end result is I purchased and installed 4 new tires and alignment with warranty and nitrogen. The estimate of time to completion was about 4 hours due to scheduled customers ahead of me. My car was actually completed and ready for pick up in 2 hours. Completely amazing!!!

The only problem I have with Big O is whether I go to the Brentwood Store or Antioch Store!?!? They both treat me like family!!! Wish all stores were like Big O!

Fast service. I'm not knowledgeable with tires, so it seems as if the man was being honest and fair about my tire not being repairable, therefore I had to purchase a used tire because I did. not want to pay for a brand new one.

Good fast service

I own a small company with all our trucks and trailers I have counted 56 tires on the ground daily. Since I started this company and for years and years this is by far my favorite Location for tire repairs! They seem to really care about getting our team in and out with as little trouble as possible so we can get back to work! Some of our trucks also have specific needs and specific shiny wheels that they NEVER SCRATCH!! Thanks everyone at BIG O in Antioch you guys rock!
