Big O Tires

I popped in NO APPOINTMENT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. My headlight had gone out, I'm a nurse working the night shift, and I DEFINETELY need to be able to see the road CLEARLY at night when I'm going to work. I was in at 8:00 am and out before 8:10 am.! Light changed, NO LABOR CHARGED. I was in bed by 8:30 am.......No stresss, WONDERFUL, thank you so much!

Ronnie saved the day, Honda recommended front brakes and a fluid change. Would have cost nearly $600. Pads weren't quite as low as they stated but close enough that I decided to have the service completed by Big O since it would need to be done in a few months anyway. Saved almost 50% and got MUCH better service.

I feel that I was provided excellent service this last weekend. My check engine light was on and Ron asked if I was aware. I told him I need an oil change, but had missed my appointment earlier in the week. They were able to do that for me, thus saving me an hour or two another day when I have few hours to spare. I didn't know they did oil changes! I feel I left with nice new shoes for me car, an oil change, a warranty that provides major peace of mind, and a new place to take my car with friendly, trustworthy people.
