I have been a customer for over forty years. I have always felt I have received the best and friendliest service. I've purchased new tires, brakes and had oil changed. I feel I can trust and believe what I am told. Once I went in thinking I needed new tires, but I was told no you have another six months to a year. I was impressed with the honesty.

I had gotten an email from you on 3/10/2022 but didn't respond to it because I've been dealing with some other pressing family issues. Then, I received a postcard from you offering the services and since I couldn't remember when I last had an oil change, I decided to get it done. It took a lot longer than I had anticipated but I really enjoyed talking with the owner and his wife and it felt like I was visiting with friends rather than having the minivan serviced. I have already told several of the parents and grandparents I talk to at my granddaughter's school about how much I love Big O, especially your location. Keep up the good work and you'll keep loyal customers like me.
