Big O Tires

I always end up needing more than I expected but I am sure they would never lie.

Took my car into the BMW dealership for an issue that they could only complete. While the car was there they found another issue would take four hours to complete at a cost of one thousand thirty six dollars. Ron Case and his team did the job in less than a hour for less than four hundred dollars. Ron and Dave's shop is always honest, truthful, with great great work ethics, and helpful. I can go elsewhere but never will.

Always provide excellent service and attention to other issues I may need to know about my vehicles.

The Antioch Store takes great care of me and my family, I have been to other stores....Antioch by far, has the best customer care and honest employees then any other Big O I have been too!!! I work in Livermore but take my car to Antioch for all service needs!

I called first thing in the morning if inquire about pricing and they didn’t have the tires I wanted at that time but got them in by noon the same day. Excellent customer service!

I have always been treated with the utmost respect, and the customer service has always been top notch. Any time I had an issue or question about my Van they have always had the answer or have looked it up for me. I have always left Big O's very satisfied, and know that if I have further problem I can always count on them.

Ron and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They explained what I needed and suggested the best alternative to what I originally thought I would purchase. This was a tire equal to the one I suggested but less expensive. Highly recommend this location.
