the mechanic kept me informed. I needed a part, it came defective, so it took longer to get the correct part, but that IS what I needed and wanted.

Andy helped us when we arrived, he was totally professional and went the extra mile to find a flat in my tire. Excellent attitude and willing to do what it took to satisfy us. Can't say enough positive things about him. Definitely great with customers.

My car is a 2005 so it is old but it runs like new I have owed it since 2005 and it run just like new thanks to you and your wonderful staff It has never cost me any thing except for regular maintence and it is all because of Big O

They quickly took care of the oil change and tire rotation as well as checking my tires for wear and tear. They found a tire with a defect and since it was under warranty replaced it for just a small labor fee.
