Just moved from San Francisco in 11/2015. It was hard to find another mechanic place you can trust. Looked around and my sister told me about Big O Tires. So I tried and see if I can have the feeling of trust like I had with my mechanic in South San Francisco. Walked in, and I felt that everyone seem very pleasant, professional and have that good confident feeling. They worked on my car and told me little things that needed to fix. I like this place, cause I don't feel they take advantage of women. They tell me exactly what I need fixing, and what I don't need yet. I love! love! love! this place. I told my friends about them, co-workers and family. I feel, they are way better than my mechanic in South San Francisco. I trust the guys at Big O Tires in Antioch.

I did not have an appointment and just dropped in. Andy was able to accommodate me despite being fully booked that day. Extremely satisfied with the service and at reasonable price. This shop is highly recommended and I will be back to have my car serviced at this shop again.
