Big O Tires

Big O Antioch is the only place I take my vehicles for tires, brakes and service. I've been doing business there for over 20 years and have always had excellent experiences. Ron and the whole crew are knowledgeable, professional and above all, honest.

I came in without an appointment and Big O personnel checked my car in and got a technician to analyze my tire and suggest a solution. Desk staff then checked to confirm my tire was still under warranty and provided me with a cost estimate for balancing the replacement tire.

Ron and Dave were very helpful. Ron was kind enough to work out different plans and ways to do my much needed car repairs. I recently became disabled and retired. Funds are limited . He was very thoughtful and suggested what is needed .. now.. and the order of the repairs to be done. I have visited Big O tires in Antioch, for over 18 years now:) I am always happy with the service.

Leaving the house, I noticed that my tire pressure light was on. I stopped at Big O to get air for my tires. Justin stopped what he was doing to air-up my tires and discovered a huge screw in one of them. I could not attend to it then, but came back later in the day. It was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and very efficient. I was in with a screwed-up tire and out with it fixed in very little time. I really like dealing with local people.

Places like the Antioch Big O tire shop almost are non existant today. It's a place where people you've known for years treat You with respect and courtesy and where competent repair people know how to solve customer problems. Above all, prices are right and fair!

The friendliest people make you feel welcomed after having an issue with my tires, they communicated very well me and I was able to continue my service call with AAA member home. The other stores I have had bad experience with but this store really did good by me.
