Big O Tires

My tire pressure light was on went in to check tire pressure within minutes was told I had a screw in my rear tire. It was fix within 10 minutes. Great job good people

After receiving a flyer/coupon in valpak,I took my Gf's "forever car" in to Big O to have the brakes, alignment and free rotation. Good timing: alignment was out and needed new brakes. They replaced the brakes and I opted for their 5 year warranty on alignments, so every 6 months, I take it in for free alignment check.

I came in with a damaged tire and an alignment problem from hitting a pot hole I couldn't believe how fast they replaced tire and aligned it.I live 30 miles away and there are closer Big O stores but I really like the people that run and work at this store so I drive all the way out there. I left home at 15 min past 9 and was pulling into my driveway at 11:45 DONE! Drives perfectly straight. Thanks guys (PS some of them I've know since they were in junior high school)

the salesman asked clarifying questions and when I told him about a piece of metal in my tire that he didn't see the first time he looked at it, he went right back to the tire and addressed my concern. Wow, didn't expect that. They make me feel as though I matter. Thank you Antioch Big O Tire

Came in for a tire rotation and to install my new hub cap that needed a lug nut with a washer to secure the hub cap. The technician found 4 new lug nuts that secured the cap. I was a happy camper at that point.

I found Big O Tires the only honest auto service shop. Gabe G. was very professional. The service manager was very helpful.

I made the appointment ment a week earlier, because we wre going to Disneyland. Robert called while we were still thr, saying the tires came in. So I knew we wre good. I could enjoy the rest of our trip

I keep coming back

No hassles and fairly quick service. However, I just remembered that they did not mention to me that one of the extended valve stems was not secure.

It is nice to know that customer service is still alive and well at Big O tires Antioch.
