Robert H. Did give me an estimate. A Month ago. Due to my procrastination I did need a set of tires. Due to now needing all 4 tires the Technician greeted me and explained the types of tires to choose. Professional, experianced and kind.

The Big O brand tire we purchased did not meet our exceptions for mileage we only obtained 33,000 mile on the 4 tire we purchases for around $800. The tire otherwise meet our expectation for noise, handling and ride comfort. We would have been happier if they went over 40,000 mile. So we are looking at out option for higher mileage tire they maybe Big O brand if mileage and price is right. We can purchase 70,000 mile 235/65R17 Michelin Defender LTX for $700.32 price good tell May 20, 2019. If you can match that price with your 65,000 mile Big O tire we would purchase at Antioch Big O. Grrreat customer service from DAVE!

Went in to get my tires rotated and Andy asked if I needed a balance also. I told him it may and explained what is going on and he said they will check it. Another big company in Brentwood always said it was fine... but come to find out every wheel was 1oz out of balance. Hey now my car doesn't shake at freeway speeds. They also told me it needs an alignment and struts but told me it wasn't bad on the alignment and I didn't need it right now. Super honest and helpful as always. Love Ron and his guys.
