Ron and the team are great, I've been doing all my tire business with them my whole life. I always feel like a friend there and not just a costco custumer. The follow ups and such are always expedient and done when they say it will be done. Ron and the Big-O team can count on my future patronage and support of their operation.

On my way to one of my school sites I picked up a screw in my brand new tire. They fixed it and start to finish was 20-30 minutes. I was able to get to my second site on time. Much appreciated.

Though I initially came in for the routine rotation/balancing of my tires - turned out my RF headlight was burned out - which they cheerfully replaced (at reasonable cost)! Great people!

I have been bringing my cars here for 10 years now. There is no other place including the dealership that i would rather go. The service here has always been prompt, courteous and cost effective. I came in with no appointment and since it was a busy Friday for them, dropped my car off for the day anticipating it would be there most of the day until they could fit me in since I had a few items needed done. They were done with my car by 11am and customer service was great per usual.

Dave, Ron and the whole staff do an excellent job, only recommend what's needed, and know their business. I've always experienced great customer service there - and won't go elsewhere. They've been my tire/brake/alignment/suspension shop of choice for the past 14 years.
