The Big O Sales Associate spent time with me to identify the issue with my existing tire and recommend a fairly priced replacement. Additionally, he showed me an issue with my struts that I should address, if possible, using my vehicle warranty with Ford. If they fail to address the issue, I'll return and continue to work with Big O to resolve the issue. Great group of people!

More damage to vehicle than anticipated. Unable to have same day repairs but car was ready next day, earlier than anticipated.

I drove in without an appointment and within 1 hour they were able to check the air pressure in all my tires, rotate them and install a new tire pressure sensor in my right rear tire

Andy was my advisor, I had originally come in for brakes for my other car they were inspected and I was told all was fine that's when I decided to get new tires for my pilot and he did a great job of getting the tires getting everything done the same day

I always take my car to this Big O location for service, all the employees are knowledgeable in the service they provide and many of the guys have been there for years, I always feel confident in their recommendations for my car and don’t ever get that pushy sales feeling.

Noticed that one of the tires on my wife's car was low. Drove straight to Big O in Antioch without an appointment. The tire had a nail in it. They repaired it and had me on my way in 15 minutes. They didn't even charge me for the flat repair as we always purchase our tires at Big O. Just one more reason it makes more sense to buy from Big O rather than on line.
