I came in last month with a flat tire I bent my rim and Robert ledonne helped me I was able to drive home. I let Robert know I would come back to get the tire replaced. He was very helpful when I was in a crisis. I ended up coming back to buy the tire on the 7/29. He had also helped a friend of mine in a crisis when she was on her way to see her mother in the hospital before she passed. I was so thankful for big 0 to help me! I gave them a shout out on Facebook as well.

As soon as they opened in the morning my brakes was horrible and I had locks on my tires they didn't charge me much and had very great customer service I love you guys!!!!

Had a front CV boot that was bad that the dealership found. Big O pricing was much better on the fix and more complete. Not just the boot was replaced but the shaft as well. And got the car in the next day. Very appreciative.
