I'm very happy with your service thank you

First of all, I was on edge when I came in because I had been in the previous day for a tire that you discovered had a nail in it. I wound up needing windshield wiper blades also, which was more that I had anticipated having to pay. Ron was very patient with me and even though it was a little tight financially for me, I knew I made the right decision to get the more expensive oil change due to the high number of miles I drive weekly and monthly.

I was not sent my visa card for my last visit but am hope the problem will be resolved.

Big O in Antioch has ALWAYS been my choice for service on my three cars. They either give me a price when I bring them in, or if it's an issue that I need to get a quote on, they research the issue and before they start work, I get a quote from them. The owner is obviously a great manager because every one of the employees is friendly. At least, everyone I've dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend this business. A couple of times, they actually didn't do what I needed done and they told me of another business that did do the necessary work. The businesses that were recommended were of the same quality of work and friendly atmosphere as Big O. I'm loyal to Big O and will be as long as I live here in Antioch.

I was taking care of quickly, and was informed of a needed part replacement

My headlights were dim. Subaru wanted to replace them totally for $1100.00 each headlight. Big O did a headlight-refurbish for $119.00. I am age 76. I appreciate it so very much what Big O did for me.

Needed tire locks installed and tire pressure checked. The service advisor attended to my vehicle immediately. The overall service took less than 30 minutes.

Staff greeted me immediately. My car actually had 3 different tire sizes on it. I came for 2 tires and left with 4. Felt satisfied with the purchase price. I was shown all of my options. Very helpful. Will be coming back.
