I went in for a tire rotation and it was explained to me that there were several customers ahead of me and approximately how long it would take, and I was satisfied with the amount of time it took and the resultsl

When I first chose this Big O Tires shop and purchased a set of new tires beginning of June, Ron and the staff delivered on their intentions to have my tires ordered, delivered from their warehouse and installed at the specific time provided when my order was written up. Also, as they went through initial standard inspection, they informed me that everything looked up to standard except that my AC belt had minor cracks and should be replaced. Ron kindly showed me the irregular cracking condition but assured me that the vehicle can survive a bit more mileage if I didn't want it replaced at that moment. Suffice to say, he followed up with me several weeks later to see if everything was ok with the tires installed and whether the AC belt was replaced. Scheduled an appointment with Dave after several days of procrastinating, went in on my designated time slot and car was taken care of in less than a hr. In my humble opinion they excel in customer service. Would definitely recommend Big O Tires in Antioch on 18th St. if you're in need of tires or just vehicle maintenance and repair.

I was really pleased with the prompt service because I was in a crunch to get my tire on my Tesla replaced. Although it was near closing time , my tire was replaced and checked over carefully without me feeling like it was being rushed!!! I would like to say thanks to ANDY and his crew!!!! You guys are amazing!!!
