Andy took great care of me. He was able to get my car back on the road with the tire fixed in no time. Great attitude and customer service...can't say enough good things about him and the shop. Excellent team at the front desk working with clients and experienced team back in the shop working on vehicles. Good combination!!

I always receive fast and courteous service at Big O, in Antioch. All service staff are knowledgeable all service done on my two cars has been above satisfactory.

The appointment process was very easy, the sale person explain what they were going to do, the time period, they called the day before my appointment to remind me. They call when they was finished, explained that everything was ok no issue found service completed. I was worried about my car being a EV but now I will bring it back for services. Don’t forget the staff was very friendly.

I had just gotten off work, having worked 16 hours. I was tired and needed NO NONSENSE. Big O understands the need for speed as well as quality work. I know that I can take my car to them and relax, taking your car in to be serviced is a little thing, but a big thing when time is limited. LIFE is stressful enough......BIG O gets that.
