I wasn't greeted at my car because I parked in the back, away from the front door. Wasn't offered a free alignment check because I asked for an alignment first. Didn't get a credit card offer because my wife already has one. Antioch Big O is a very well-run shop with friendly, competent staff. We've never felt that we were being taken advantage of or being sold unnecessary goods/services.

Everyone was friendly and professional, the guys mounting my tires paid attention to my concerns with my wheel lights and took precautions. They treated my car as though it were their own and took their time to do things right. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish and will be going back for my next purchase.

Friendly, efficient service with reasonable price

I brought my Van in for noises on my Brakes and a bad sound on my front end that I've had for a while but no one could ever find that sound, thank goodness for Ron, he found IT!!, I was so happy when he then told me, that because they did the work and it was still under warranty there is no charge, thank you Big O's for also Honoring your work.
