Ron is always great when I buy tires or need an alignment. He always makes sure to go over all of the options and help me make an informed decision. I have always had great service with Ron and his crew!

This Big O has trustworthy management who will see your car service done to satisfaction.

They explained everything that was going on my vehicle. And what had to be done next.

The rear brake cylinders were replaced, after a brief return to service, the left wheel cylinder was not releasing, returned to store they attempted a repair, the left rear brake continued to no release. Returned to store, problem was again addressed and resolved.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about your services and product. Always reliable in their recommendations they offer and the prices are very reasonable.

As always a warm welcome and good service.

Excellent service as always. I have been dealing with this store for 8 years now and have always been treated well. They do what they say when they say it and are always very fair and helpful.

I came in with tires that were obviously not safe to be on the road and bought the tires I needed for a very reasonable price. The service we received was more than excellent! The staff communicated with me and had my vehicle back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. The one tech that worked on my vehicle, actually took a few minutes out to ask how I would like the white walls and wasn't afraid to give me his opinion. I'm glad I listened to him. They look sharp!! He even cleaned the wheels before putting them back on the car. This Big O location should set the standard for the rest of the stores. This is the crew that beats all tire shops. I will say they treated us a lot better than the other tire dealer in town. I won't say the name but let's just say I won't need to be bribed with beef. 😆

The staff is always the same. The service on my car was great. This visit nothing additional was need, in the past when the spot something they communicate this to me and ask if I'd like to have that repaired while the car was being service.

everything was great-in and out in 15 minutes. Wish the price was cheaper though.

Been coming here for 35 years

It has been a some time since I have been to Big O Tires. I was very impressed with the service and prices much more competitive than the last time I visited there. Will consider using them more often.
