Big O Tires

Andy was really helpful and pleasant to work with. He explained everything to me with what was going on with my car. My only suggestion is maybe the mechanics should place a barrier between the seat and them like what other places do. After my initial visit, there were multiple grease stains on my seat, huge spots, and I could not get them off with just plain paper towels but was able to clean it when I got home. There was another guy that drove my car during that visit as well.

Came in to repair a tire after the big o I usually go to did not accept any walk ins. The staff were really friendly and worked on my car in a timely manner. Definitely going to start coming to this location!

Having arrived late in the afternoon, everything got completed, to the exception of the wheel alignment which was scheduled before we left. Very pleased. I bought my first set of tires there when I was a kid back in the 1964 :-)
