A last minute fix of my tire going flat. Came in 15 minutes before they closed for the day.. Great friendly people had my brother and I out of there with a repaired tire in 15 minutes! Thank you guys.

Excellent Service, fair prices as always

I was very impressed with the time and service I received. I called and explained what I needed 4 TPM sensors....The associate was familiar with the sensors told me he had a guy that could do the job. I was in and out in 45 minutes..Recommended by D&K Automotive and will continue to take my car to both of these shops as needed and recommend these shops to famiy and friends....GREAT SERVICE...

It was done in a very fast time that I thought will be longer. The result of the wheel alignment is doing good and the concern I had been addressed exceptionally good.

Fast and good service

I had an issue with my rear right tire. The Big O representative was friendly and quickly moved my vehicle in for inspection. I purchased the tires from Big O and appreciate the warranty. They quickly located (and repaired) a nail puncture and got me back on the road. I've utilized this Big O location for years and can't imagine getting my vehicle serviced anywhere else.

A's usual great customer service, had a small wire in sidewall and tire needing a replacement and ordered for next day to replace, in the mean time my spare tire was used as fulltime replace on one side and they gave me a loaner tire to use until they could swap out next day with new tire. Thanks Big O

This is the only place I get tires for mine and my wife's vehicles! Ron always takes care of us and has excellent customer service! Ron is very honest and never tries to oversell tires or services. Will always come here for my vehicle services as long as Ron is still the owner.
