Big O Tires

I came in with a flat that needed to be repaired. The time I was at the desk to the time someone came and got the vehicle was well under 5 minutes. I don't think I was there much more than about 20 minutes total.

Clean store, courteous customer service, knowledgeable staff, and if it's a service that they're not equipped to handle they'll refer you to someone else that can provid the service that you may need. I would recommend this shop to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy car repair shop.

Had a flat tire and took the car in for tire service. I was scheduled for a tune up and service the next day but Dave worked me in the same day even tho they had a full schedule. Just a great bunch of guys. In fact the guys called me and said I really did not need a tune up or oil change at this time. I had looked at my records wrong and was quite a few months early.
