Great service

It was an emergency tire repair and it was done immediately. Everyone was friendly and explained everything to me.

Like I said before and I'll say it again I've been coming to Big o tires for many many years and will continue to do so for all or almost all my car care needs, Unless Big O tires does car smog's. not yet that I know of. Maybe in the future. Dave and Ron your great :)

The team here is always good to me and my 10 trucks, as well as most our personal vehicles, when we bring them in, we feel like they make us a priority and we appreciate them so much! They even tell us about specials and coupons THANKS GUYS!

The tires I wanted were acquired by this location in a reasonable amount of time. I scheduled the drop off which went smoothly without delay. Vehicle was finished in the time promised.

My experience with the staff at Big O Tires was excellent. They are very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate the fact that the service assistants call you after the inspection to notify you if there is a problem or not.

I've been taking my truck at Big O in Antioch for years. Always receive great service. Any questions I have are always answered by professional people. I would give them 10 stars!!

They did an inspection before any work and didn't charge me for it. I think that is the way to do things.

Never have issues here

I called early in the morning hoping to get an appointment. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment was at 2:00 pm so I took it. It turned out to be the perfect time because they got it in and out within the time they quoted me, which was one hour. I don't have any friends to refer, but I will tell anyone who might ask me to go to this location for service.

I went to get a tire with a nail fixed but the tire was not very good so the recommendation was to buy new tires because two other tires were not very good also except for one which was almost new I ended up getting a good deal so I bought four tires also got the promotion about the $50.00 card savings. the service was good and I will recommend it to my friends.

I appreciate how efficient everyone is. Always communicating with me. He said it would take an hour and that was correct. Staff were all friendly. One thing though. The inspection sheet wasn't given to me and I would like to have that.
