Big O Tires

I came in with a pressure leak in one of my tires. It was an unrepeatable puncture. But rather than replacing just the one tire, I replaced all 4. I did this for two reasons, one because I don't like misnaming tires, and two I wanted to support a locally owned business.

The service was fast prompt and we love our new tires that was recommended to us!

had a flat tire on the road jut a minute before arriving at work. Called my insurance company and arranged towing, I was able to able to get able to get back to work after having it towed. Got a call from the business, updated promptly when the job was done, cost only $30 as they were able to fix it without replacement of the tire. Everyone was courteous and friendly while I was picking up the car at the shop. THank you all very much!

Went I. For an air leak. They found an issue with the rim. Rim was rusted causing the leak. They were able to stop the leak. I will look into new rims, or new car.

We came in with tire sensor issue, from a different tire shop. The gentleman that helped us at big O brought a sensor reader. He knew exactly what the problem was. Everyone up front was very helpful. The guys in the back are top notch.. We are now customers for life.
