Liked ease of making appointment. Informed of warranty and was very pleased. Wipers were ckd, which I had forgotten needed to be replaced. ✅ People are friendly which is a plus!!! Feel taken care of. Important to me.

I am always pleased with the service I receive from my local Big O tire store. They are honest which unfortunately is not always the case in dealing with the public. I appreciate this company because the keep me informed as they achieve optimum condition for my vehicle. I would like to nominate this store for the Best store award. If there is no such award there should be. Thank you.

I'm so used to taking my car to the dealership. And being charged arm and a leg. It was just a welcome experience to go to big o tires. And have the work be done very well, I'm very satisfied. And I will return again and I didn't know that you guys did oil changes. That's even a bigger plus for me.
