Big O Tires

I was very please to be in and out within 30 minutes even though it was raining really hard. My experience was very easy and painless. Too bad the location is too far away from our home residence but glad that it is close to my husband's job who has the car majority of the time. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone how lives nearby.

my observations/hearing clicking sound was confirmed as an object in the tread of my Big O tires and it was confirmed and repaired within a half hour.

I have been a customer since 1991 with BigO . I have never taken my Vehicles for any tire related issues to any other business. This time when I went they told me that one of the nuts had a nut put on bad and that the threds were bad they will have to cut and put in a new screw/nut. I had to end up paying extra money for the job done bad by BigO techs. Otherwise never had a problem Dave is a great guy and takes care of even my kids when I am not there and is always accomodating and helpful and understands family financial issues.

The customer service was outstanding!! Ron helped me and he provided detailed information pertaining to what was needed. He also gave recommendations for future services. Will definitely return and will highly recommend the Antioch branch.

Ron and his staff were very professional and answered all my questions. During an oil change on Friday they noticed the RH fed lower control arm was worn. I asked if it could for a few hundred miles or if it need to be replaced prior to a long trip. He suggested getting it done right away. I came back the next morning and they took care of the job.

I came in for a Re-do alignment appointment... Had my alignment done at Berkeley big O tires and my wheel was turned 90 to the left then 90 to the right when done... so Then they said they wouldn't fix it because they're closed you can go to another big o...(horrible owner tried to blame it on me)..... so I went to this location and they instantly fixed it and had no problems with it ....are great people all around....

It was a well oiled machine. I walked in, the tires I ordered were there. They took the car back. Once finished, they pulled the car up front and an associate checked me out and I was on my way. While there, I requested a quote on my 5th wheel trailer and the associate was very knowledgeable with the recommendations. Will come back!
