Big O Tires

I went at 11:30 in because my brakes didn't feel right. Not enough BRAKE! I had another appointment at 2:30 I told them there was just a small window. and I would come back later if it was going to take too long to repair right then. Robert jumped right on it. My brakes needed adjusting and he also diagnosed that my drums needed turning. I was out of there in an hour and I made the second appointment with time to spare. My brakes are great. I had to go back up to the mountains again and I never once gave them a thought. They just worked perfectly. Thanks Robert, you are the best!

I've been coming to this Antioch Big-O for decades. The customer service is wonderful, and all involved are particularly good with their clear and never pushy style of delivering recommendations.

This Big O is staffed with knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff who always take the time to answer my questions and go out of their way to assist me. Reasonable prices and easy location.

Dave was a huge help on the phone and his co-worker was helpful in helping me figure out what to do about my lug nuts. Passed my Uber inspection which was the reason that I took it in, in the first place. Thanks guys!
