Rob, the manager, went above and beyond!! He saw I had a problem and resolved it within 4 hours. Our tires weren't in stock, my appointment didn't save, but Rob took the car in with a smile. He made a few phone calls and got me back on the road, safely!! Great customer experience!!! 10/10

My whole Family has been call coming to Big Os for the pass 30 year, and every time we walk in we’ve been treated like family. They are a good honest hard working family.

The guys that work at the front desk are absolutely professional and they are very knowledgeable in any and everything regarding good motor vehicle I feel 100% satisfied and secure when my vehicle leaves Big O of Antioch thank you for all that you do and keeping my family safe on the road .

Ron At Antioch Big O was very responsive and helpful for the product I was looking for. He ordered me a wheel and balancing beads and had them within a day. I told him that I couldn’t get down to his shop until Saturday ( 5 days after the product arrived) and he said no problem see you Saturday!! Everyone in the store asked me if I needed help and was very helpful getting me to Ron ASAP!!!

All that I can say is thank GOODNESS for Big O Tires! I had an emergency a couple days ago. I had worked all night, and I wasn't receptive to "we can see you tomorrow". I had an emergent situation. To make a long story short, they knew I had no appointment.....and the took me in, serviced my car I was out there within a little over an hour. I was very satisfied with everything except for the time it took to do the work I was told between an hour and hour and a half, and it took over two hours other than that everything great
