Big O Tires

I realize this is a new location and it may take some time to get things working smoothly. That being said, I had an 11:00 appointment and my car was in the parking lot until 11:30. It took 1.5 hrs for an oil change and battery check. Since I purchased the value card for full synthetic oil there may have been other things done, like a tire rotation. I had to ask for a reminder sticker for my window with the mileage. Your staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful, but they were also handling a lot of customers. (I guess that is a good thing for you, but not necessarily the customer that is waiting while only 2 employees handle the front desk). It would also be helpful if your survey had an "NA" not applicable response. Product knowledge and expertise did not apply in my case, so I had to rate a middle number since the survey would not allow me to leave it blank. (just a suggestion)

The emoloyee updated me as they were going and also tried to research my warranty for me.

All around great environment for not only the guests but for the employees also. The manager came in to give me an update once every hour. They do a great job with the work that they do on cars and get them running better than it was before.

I was offered lof, fluid service and replacement battery. While that was being done I called to speak with Rep to have tires also put on. My rep was out and spoke with another. Later I called and my rep said my car was ready---when I arrived, I paid and went out to get car to discover the tire replacement did not get from rep to repair. I waited another hour for my car....

Hector customer service was very good. Communication about the service was concise and wait time was reasonable

Was very pleased with my appointment with Big O Tires on 7/22/2023. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. My Hydunai Kona SUV was done in an excellent manner.

They said tires were set to 35psi but when I took it in they were at 27 and 28. The night of and day after they were at 27 and 28. 2nd car in a month where oil was changed at tires were falsely claimed to be checked. Had to go to another tire dealer to get it right. Oil change and alignment seemed to be ok. I have no way to verify if the tires were actually rotated on either car.

Best service, super friendly. I felt very comfortable at this location, simply the best.

I brought my Work vehicle in for a oil change and after getting the car back the next morning I noticed it was running sluggish. I pulled the dip stick and the oil was more than twice what it should have been for capacity. The Service Tech overfilled by at least double the dipstick top off mark which was why the vehicle was running sluggish since it had too much oil in the engine.

I went in to your Riggs Rd. shop for an oil change. Was advised I had an oil leak and needed an oil cooler replacement kit installed. Estimated cost of parts and labor was almost $1,400. The part was quoted at over $1,000. After checking on the internet, I found the genuine Mopar part only cost $279. What a RIP off your counter man attempted. Last time you will see me in a Big O facility.

Michael is always friendly, helpful and fast. He finds the best rated tires for the best price. I only come to the riggs/McQueen location because they're the best!
