I brought my vehicle in for an alternator check/replacement if needed. The associate was super kind and friendly. He explained the check its self was free. I waited a little bit and then was told there was nothing wrong and was shown on paper what my battery and such tested at. I had a concern about a wire that looked melted. The associate and the guys in the shop took time to inspect the wire and make sure it was ok. So overall, my alternator and battery tested fine and they took the time to check a wire out for me, the visit was completely free and I got a print out I could take to my dealer if needed

The service was very friendly. The only thing I can say is that I made an appt For the following day and I was told It would be 45 min to compete, it ended up taking 90 min. I'm not sure why. But I was very Happy With the service

The tires needed were not readily available at this location but were at another site so an employee drove to that location to get them and while he did that my location got my car ready.
