They were very friendly and explained clearly everything that was included. I decided to wait for the work to be done and the area for waiting was very nice and offered things to drink and eat if wanted. The time taken was also less than the time that had been suggested when I made the appointment. I have nothing "bad" to say.

I was able to schedule an appointment to get my vehicle’s oil changed and tires rotated all online. I was able to drop off my vehicle while the services were being done. The service representatives called me as soon as my vehicle was ready and most importantly, I was always greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Everything about this Big O tire store was wonderful!

Everyone working there that I had contact with was courteous and friendly. Mark the manager went above and beyond in his customer service for me. I appreciate being treated the way a person should be! I've already recommended this location to co workers.
