Service Advisor (Daniel) was great. Had called on the phone for a new battery and he had everything set up when I got there. New battery installed in less than 7 minutes.

I caught a flat going through accident debris on the freeway and was able to get to this store, it was already late but they didn't turn me away. They fit me in and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Great guys and super courteous and friendly. Thank you for helping get to my step mom's funeral. Keep up the great job!

I had no idea that Big O performed all those maintenance services. The place was extremely clean, even the rest room. The staff was very nice. I hadn't eaten when I found I had a flat. The manager told me they had refreshments, and I had a some fruit. NO charge. I was very impressed with the whole operation. I will refer and return myself.
