I stared off by making an appointment online, for 11 am the next day. once i arrived there i was assisted immediately, me and the associate went over tire details for my vehicle as well with price i was comfortable with. he didn’t try to sell me something i wasn’t into. overall i had a great experience, will definitely return soon.

Paul tried very hard to provide extraordinary service. They were busy, so the wait was long (I did not have an appointment) Evidently a tech did not tighten the spare tire holder and part way home, spare time rolled out - Paul and another Technician were there in 10-15 minutes, fixed the problem, offered to follow me home. Thank you Paul
