Big O Tires

I stopped in 15 minutes to closing I had just left for the airport to pick up family. When I left my garage I noticed a nail protruding from my tire the Big O center 1 mile away on Power Rd Queens Creek AZ was very helpful and fixed the tire even though the had to be 15 minutes late to close. I was very satisfied and will recommend them to others. Thanks to them I didn't have an unexpected surprise. Thanks a million!

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, I had about and hour wait for 4 tires replaced breaks and roader replacement.

I had stopped by this store to check the low air in a front tire and they had been very helpful and pleasant with that service, so I knew it was the place to go for our new tires. We returned 2 days later and purchased new tires. We had them install 2 tires on two different cars on the same day. Both went well. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will gladly return to this Big O location for further service.

I brought my vehicle in to have the brakes checked and get at least two new tires before a cross-country trip. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. He also recommended 2 new tires. I was in and out within an hour and a half and very satisfied. The staff were friendly and the store clean

I am thankful that the technician who worked on my car called me first to discuss all the issues and what else needed to be done in my car. I've been driving my 2009 KIA for 4 years now, and I know and feel that it needed more than just the change oil and wheels rotation and alignment. Now, I have more confidence when I drive it on the roads. My only gripe is that the doors had grease on them and all wheels. The shop should at least clean the car first before handing it back to the customer. I have to wash off the grease on the hubcaps because they were dirty. I am always cleaning my car including the hubcaps so I'm a bit disappointed about that, especially after paying over a thousand dollars. I am from Canada and I always loved it when I bring my car to Ford for oil change because I'll have my car back all washed and shiny outside and all vacuumed inside.
