Big O Tires

Came to the store last Friday for the first time. Met by Dwayne who was very easy and pleasant to deal with. My experience with Dwayne and this store was so good I will be back.

I blew a tire on the road, Big-O-Tire found the tires I needed for my FRS and ordered them about noon. I had all four new tires in less than five hours even though they were not in stock at that location. I could not ask for a better response.

Had a leak in the sidewall of one of my tires. They patched it and there was still a small leak. Gave me some options for tires. Indicated I need to read about their selection they provided. They put the tire back on and I drove home. 3 days After the tire still does not leak. Patch seems to be holding. Thanks for everything

Big O did my synthetic oil change, wheel rotation, and alignment. I made an appointment and they were done within an hour. The only thing they forgot to do was put a sticker on my windshield to let me know when my next oil change is. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Three representative was very respectful and knowledgeable, explain every procedure my car needed and the cost, offer ACIMA, that helps with my form of payment and car was rest when she said.

Easy to book the appointment; fast service; good quality. I had an issue for the alignment and it has been completely resolved.

We have been living in AZ for 3 years now and couldn't find a reputable Full-Service Auto Body Shop. We succumbed to the fact that we would have to continue going to the Cadillac dealerships to get our Escalade serviced even with their bad customer service and ridiculously high prices. Then my husband had a flat in his Ford, on his way home on Power, and luckily you guys were close by. He had such great service that when 2 days ago a rebar flew through my tire and lodged itself into the car while driving on the freeway I knew exactly where to take it. Chris greeted us and took care of EVERYTHING. I was expecting to get the tire replaced and that's it. We came in at 8:30 and by 4pm my car was good to go. He had the rebar removed, made sure there was no damage and even cleaned up all the mess in my trunk from the spare tire exchange. I appreciate the ease in which everything was taken care of. I can't thank Chris and his team enough for making the process so smooth. This will be my go to place for all things related to my car. Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!!!!

No appointment and was very satisfied with the entire experience. Staff was cordial, friendly and helpful. Explanations of the product and warranty coverages was outstanding. Manager was very professional and engaging.
