My only complaint was the two hour wait for an oil change on a set appointment. It was a hectic day for sure.

So after they botch a simple oil change almost ruining my van, they have destroyed my driveway with a huge oil stain. The owner Gabe sent out some steam clean company but it only made it worse. So today Gabe calls me to apologize but says he won't do anything more because he is hiding behind his legal team. Gabe you are a coward with no integrity. We're you not raised to correct a mistake when you make one? Very pathetic. So now you have forced me to write poor reviews and tell everyone on Facebook and Twitter to ban your store. I will write a poor review every day until you do the right thing.

Have had few issues with this store. One involved bolts coming loose on my strut. Store owner sounded like a snake till store manager turned off speaker. Made it right on their terms. I could've died but oh well right. Wrote an awesome Yelp review for the store and continue to get shit service. On July 26th, 2017 I took my car in for brake change. Only replaced rear.. you can visually see the grooves on front rosters and when I brake the damn steering wheel still shakes (not as bad before) but still. I called this morning, July 31st, and manager says, "bring it in so we can see what's going on".. what the fuck? I'll end up bringing it in, I'll have to pay for the brakes, I'll get bent over and fucked again. I told you guys to replace brakes and only did rear. Fucking joke.. after all this I'm filing a complaint to the attorney generals office. For one I could've died from the rear strut, safety issue. Went in for an oil change. Received a phone call that the serpentine belt is cracking, funny Because Big O (this location) changed it in December. They say they will warranty it out. Pick up truck a few hours later and it's making noise. Check and they engine cover is closed into the hood smashed against wind shield lower balance and broken. Check the oil and it is over full so much so that we can't locate the end point. Check the belt and it is routed totally incorrect. Broken snaps. Radiator cover and fan loose. Take it back Monday morning get to work late. They redo the belt. Drain and refill the oil. Then have to come back the following day to have engine cover and snaps replaced. Totally incompetent. They do not have a clue what they are doing at this store!

i had 24/7 road side assistance free road hazard tire replacement yet they still charged me 45 to replace my tire for road hazard damage and they didnt intall it right the next day it lost air down to 15lbs so i brought it back because i thought it was another tire seeing as its a tire shop i didnt think it was the one they just replaced i probably wont be using big o tire in the future when i purchase new tires
