I always get good service and staff are very accomodating.

I came to the Crismon store on 12/16/17 for an alignment. The staff inside was very polite and treated me respectfully, but the garage crew did not give my vehicle the same respect. When I got the vehicle back the steering wheel was covered in grease, the radio (which I had turned off before giving them my vehicle) was on a rap channel, and the volume was turned up considerably. My heat was turned up all the way, on full fan, and my engine tuner gauge was moved and messed with. Not to mention that now the alignment was not even done right. I came back to your store two weeks later 12/30/17 to have the alignment redone. Again the staff inside was polite, however my vehicles steering was exactly as it was when I dropped it off. It's almost like they didn't do anything, that is except take my vehicle to get fast food. Because the inside of my truck smelled like burger grease. I will not be back to any Big O. You lost a customer for life.

I need a front passenger side tire.. I dropped my truck off, and had it back within an hours time. That my friends, is great customer service.

I was very pleased that the staff that worked with me where very straight forward with everything they said. I also was very happy they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Overall I was very pleased with everything.

Saturday morning no customers and it 1.5 hours for an oil change, I checked several times and all the employees were standing around talking. I had to ask twice to get my car done. I have been a customer for 10 years but that may be my last visit. Big O you need to step it up we have to many choices.

So I came a while back for an oil change. I'm pretty sure this was my 3rd visit. I have had really good service up until now. I can in at 9am on a weekday with an appointment. Asked how long it would take. I needed to pick up my son from Pre K at 1115a. They said about an hour. Around 1020a I was beginning to wonder what was taking so long. So the agent from out front told me there was a problem. Then the store manager take me out to my jeep and let me know my Tire stud fell out when the mechanic was doing my tire rotation. And I need a new tire hub which would be about $500. So It's too late I can't to anything as I have to leave to pick up my son. That weekend we got a second option. They stated that Tire studs dont just fall out. They have to be hammered out, so I'm sure the tire stud was loose and you mechanic just hammered it out. It did NOT just fall out. Another company was able to get a replacement stud and hammer it it. Fixed just like that in less than an hour for under $60. So needless to say, I will not be getting anymore oil changes and or tire rotations at you store.

I was greeted by Bradley, I explained my problem, he gave me my options and worked out a good deal for me. He knew his products well and explained the pros and cons to each program. He did a great job.

I still have a destroyed driveway because of your failed oil change. You are still doing nothing about it. This is ridiculous. You need to contact me so you can fix what you damaged.

The guys here are always so friendly and fun. They're good at answering my dumb questions and explaining things to me that I don't understand. Telling me what I need to worry about and what I don't need to worry about.
