I went in to get an oil change and ended up needing new tires. I was then told of course that I will need an alignment. I OKed the work and was given a completion time of 2.5 hours. Because is have done all everything myself I knew that was about double the time it takes, but they were busy so I didn't complain. I dropped it off and called 3 hours later letting them know I was on my way in and to get a status. I was told it was on the rack for the oil change and still needs to be aligned and it was be another hour and 45 minutes. I requested they skip the alignment because I was in a hurry. They said OK. 2 minutes later I get a call saying they will get everything done within 30 minutes if I would still like the alignment. I said sure because I was about 30 minutes away. I pull in to the store and find my car in the parking lot. Thinking it is done in to get my key. NOPE. "Its on the alignment rack" I was told by two people, even though it was definitely in the parking lot. They told me it was going to be about an hour to be done. So I had them skip the alignment AGAIN. At which point customer service was non existent. I won't be going back to Big O.

I just really appreciate the honesty of this particular location. I have been here on several occasions and have had a lot of work done. The employees always give an honest diagnostic of my vehicles. They will warn me when parts are wearing and need to be watched, but they never try to sell me things I do not need. It's good to know I can get an honest answer somewhere. I have not visited other Big O locations so I can only speak to this one.

Scott & his team are consistently professional and efficient. My family owns 3 cars. We've been taking all of our cars to Big O for all tire needs, oil changes, general maintenance, etc., to this location of Big O for over 10 years. Outstanding all the way around, thank you

Some people there were great. Items on multiple vehicles not completed and then some were cause. It has been a mess trying to get the store to fix the item they caused. I was treated by one person at the store like an idiot. Not happy about the situation. I have been a loyal customer and have spent thousands of dollars there. I will not be taking my cars there anymore. I will go back once more to pick up the check for payment of the item they broke.

Well, let me tell you. These guys are awesome! Had my motorhome leaking tire fixed in an hour. Keep up the good work. A job well done. Pauly B.

I have always been pleased with my Big O; the boys have always been very helpful and answered my questions; if theres a question they take me out to the shop and show me what is going on with my truck. I made the mistake of getting tires at Discount and after a year they were falling apart; I travel about 8000 miles a year and my guys here always make sure I"m good for the road. I wont go anywhere else as long as I'm able to drive

I've had several unpleasant experiences at this store, but the convenience is just too appealing, so I keep coming back. I was told that the wait time would be 1-1 1/2 hours for an oil and lube. Mind you, there were few people in the store waiting and few cars in line for service. I went home to wait for the service, and after an hour and a half with no phone call, I went back to the store thinking my car should be done by now. When I got there, my car was still in the parking lot - hadn't even been touched. The look on the serviceman's face told me all I needed to know. I had been forgotten, and since I chose to go home and wait, my car was not a priority. I sat in the store for another 45 mins waiting for my car to be serviced. I was the only person in the store for most of that time. I got a "thank you for your patience" but no other offer of apology. With your prices increasing every time I visit, and repeated unpleasant experiences, I doubt I will be returning to this store.

I had poor milage performance on my michelin tires. Chris suggested I contact Michelin to check on any warranty. Saved me 60% on the replacement tires! Thanks Chris

Good service quicker than I expected.

Extremely poor service. Seems like when l need service it is always an hour or 2 wait time before they can even see my car. On President's Day if you weren't there to buy tires they didn't want to help you at all!!!!!
