Always love the service I get at Big O Tires when my low tire pressure light comes on. The workers are always willing to check and resolve my problem. This time it was a nail that was causing the loss in air pressure and staff detected it and repaired the tire and I was soon on my way.

The salesman and staff were very nice and went out of there way to get me the products I needed. They took less time to do the job then they estimated. I was out of there and on my way in no time! I'm so glad I went there instead of Firestone!!

Scheduled a tire rotation, balance, and alignment on warranty. When alignment was done the rear was in red (still out of alignment) and they said no adjustment on Honda Pilot to do this! But I told Mgr and and another employee I had rear adjuster installed. Big O employees were not truthful to me and it took them 2 hours to complete a quoted 30 minute job. Very painful experience.

This shop is the most crooked shop I have ever dealt with!!!! I went in for an A/C evac and recharge, ($230), within 5 minutes of having the car back it was blowing hot again. Took it back in and they said a line blew ($300). Go to pick it up and they won't give me the car because it is running hot and they can't figure out why, they need their lead mechanic to check it out. Get a call this morning and was told my alternator and battery need to be replaced and I needed a full tune up before they could diagnose why it is over heating. I said stop the work and give me my car back I am being screwed. I got the car back drove on the highway at 75mph and in stop and go traffic for 40 minutes. Didn't lose power, didn't over heat. This shop has forever lost my business and I highly recommend you to go somewhere else. If I did everything they suggested me to do I would have spent over $3000. They are liars! Run away! Run as far away as possible!! They got $450 out of me but not a penny more and will try and get what I spent back! The problem was figured out when I took my car to another mechanic. When you fixed the A/C you blew the main fuse which was causing the alternator not to work. My alternator was fine. Truly disgusted by this shop.
