Great experience with no hassle about what tire for me to buy.

Still no attempt from the owner Gabe to do right by his customers. Still ignoring me and refusing to be a man of integrity and fix my driveway. Coward.

The manager was able to explain everything in detail and provide us with other options.

Worst experience ever. Went there for a simple oil change. On my way home, oil leaked all over my van and ruined my driveway. The manager Steve refused to refund my money and after numerous attempts, the owner has refused to repair the damage to my driveway. I now have to sue them in civil court to get them to pay for a new driveway. NEVER EVER GO TO BIG O TIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Employees drove my truck like an asshole flooring it in a parking lot, another driver almost backed a van into a parked car and took 2 hours to do a job quoted 1 hour. Understaffed, careless, not going back

The employees and service at this location, from the front end (Chris, Brad) to the technicians all were top notch. It was a bit disappointing that items replaced under warranty are then charged for installation, and in the case of replaced tires, a new warranty. But this is not the fault of the staff.

I purchased four new National Mesa A/P2 tires. John gave me a few options for financing and I went for the Big O credit for 90 days same as cash. The wait time was not bad for a busy Saturday morning. Overall a pleasant experience. I've never been to a Big O and sent my sister over for tires and she also had a great experience. Thanks and I'll be back for sure for my tire needs.
