Terrible customer relations. I brought my van in for a simple oil change and they screwed it up and oil leaked all over my van and driveway. All I got was an apology but the owner has refused to repair my ruined driveway. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

They took care of my tired and for a fair price.

Thanks for the great and fast service on my vehicle. Can't believe you didn't charge anything for tire repair for our vehicle. Not many business now days are willing to do that to retain good customers. Thanks again for the fast friendly service at a price no one could refuse. We will defiantly as usual past on the word.

I will always recommend Big O over any other tire store! They are the best, I feel like so many other places aren't honest and Big O is a 10 on evert aspect of the business!! Thanks guys..

I will never use the Big O on Crisman in Mesa AZ again. I have used other Big O's and none have ever had salesmen lying to get you to sign up for an extremely high interest card. I called customer service and that guy was just as rude.

I worked with Bradley and he was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone.
