Big O Tires

Took car in for front end alignment. I really dont think it was even done. Car still pulls to the right severely and steering wheel is off center. Its worse than before we brought it in. Not very happy we have to take it back to get looked at again

My girlfriend went to have her tire rotated and oil change she completely expected to be told she needed other things done to her car since she was a girl. This did not happen. They said your good to go your car is in good shape.... Thank you.

Both times i was overcharged. You guys made some extra money but lost a customer.

Went for a simple oil change. Big O completely botched the oil change and did not install a part properly causing oil to leak all over the bottom of my van and all over my concrete driveway!!!!!!! The manager Steve refused to give me a refund and after my van had to be towed back there they claimed it was fixed, however they did not clean the entire undercarriage and oil that had spilled out earlier continued to drip and ruin my driveway even more. They sent some guy out to pressure wash my driveway but he ruined it beyond repair peeling off only the first layer of concrete and spraying away my bug protection. After repeated complaints, the owner Gabe Garfio has said he will not do anything and will not replace my driveway. Lawsuit to follow. You will lose too because you openly admitted that this was your fault. What a joke

Bad service, refused to check the air in my tires. Said he was to busy and that he closes at 6:00pm when the website says they close at 8:00pm. He was really rude.

Came in to get a slow tire leak repaired. Work was done quickly and properly. I went to pay and the manager said no charge- his way of saying thanks for all my past business. I've been going there for years, always had great service there. Nice to be appreciated.
