My wife took my truck in on 6/14 for a slow leak in one of the tires (I was out of town). It took over 2 hours before it was ready. Within hours the SAME tire started loosing air again, but luckily it was only a slow leak. On 6/15 she took the truck back again and engaged one of your front men about why it had not been fixed the first time. He, who I will not name to keep him out of trouble told her "they didn't fix it yesterday because it was late and they just ran out of time." Are you kidding me! Well by some miracle the tire actually got fixed THE SECOND TIME and she was later told that somehow there was another object in the same tire, but they would fix it for free since it had just been there yesterday. WOW, doesn't take a genius to figure out that your front man was telling the truth and your shop staff (at least one) is lazy as hell. I have owned businesses and know it is difficult to get quality help, but laziness is absolutely unacceptable and should be dealt with accordingly. Kudos to your front man for being honest. My wife requested your manager call her to get a further explanation, but that never happened either. Apparently your leadership at this store is VERY lacking and is breeding ineptness and laziness. When she finally called, she was only offered an explanation of "well you ended up with something in the same tire, which caused another leak." Come on now! Not even, hey how can we make it up to you, I will speak to the shop staff, I will take care of this immediately, nope nothing but a sorry lame excuse . As the owner, which I hope this actually gets to you, please don't take this as a scathing review but information about your livelihood and what kind of product you have out there, as it is your ultimate responsibility. I only gave you a 4 in customer service because you have at least one honest employee and that is worth something. The store was also dirty and in dire need of some kind of attention.

I have been going to the same tire shop for 11+ years. This is the first time I went else where.I will have to say the staff was very friendly. The place was clean and the price was good. I will return again.

Worst place ever!!!!!!!!! They botched my oil change causing oil to leak all over my van and ruin my concrete driveway. At first Steve even refused to refund my money for the oil change and then Doug refunded it the next day after several complaints. They did not even fix the oil change properly as they did not clean the entire undercarriage causing more excess oil to spill onto my driveway. Finally a third visit they cleaned the van. Luckily the engine was not damaged. Now the owner Gabe is hiding behind his legal team and refusing to pay for my new driveway. Gabe and his whole team have no class and no integrity whatsoever. What a joke. Never go to Big O Tires on Crismon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my car in for oil change, alignment, and rotation. I got my car back in less than an hour and my tires were armour called and Windows cleaned, really top notch.

Big O Tires is the only place we have ever gone to buy tires and have our cars serviced. Great service all the time

Noticed a big screw in my tire! Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired! They were very helpful in getting me a new tire and warranty! They also wiped the finger prints off my car since I had just come from the car wash!

I brought my 1969 car in for a front suspension check. Your staff found and fixed my problems. The estimate was close except for the new tires I guess I needed. My car goes down the road straight and with out the vibrations I was having. Funny clunk noise was gone and problem fixed Thanks, Greg
