Big O Tires

I went in for a front end alignment and they wanted to do all this work to my vehicle. I had a friend look at it and it did not need everything they told me. It is very sad that a woman goes into a shop and is played. I would never recommend this location ever to a friend. I don't know if your employees get a commission for the work they tell customer need to be done or what but i will never go back. And this is the 2nd full set of tires i have bought from there.

Went in for $16.95 oil change special, but was billed $29.90 going out the door (if it's gonna cost 29.90, say so, I hate deceptive advertising). Also, did not lube zerk fittings. I can get cheaper service plus fluid top-off and lube at Walmart. NOT IMPRESSED!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Steve and the entire crew at the store.The prices were fair, and they got me in and out quickly.

Would not honor the 19.95 oil change coupon they sent me in the mail.

I pulled in and had my windshield wipers replaced and my tires checked I want even there five minutes the guys took care of me in a professional approach and timely manner.

Arrived when shop opened and the man who unlocked the door was very rude, he was very short with any questions just mean and never greeted anyone good morning or even hello. People like him should take a 101 how to be professional at your job class.The technicians seemed to be on a much nicer level.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy do not have a guy named Brad do anything with your car I just went there this morning and watched him rip plenty of people off for their money he was very rude to me and my children and the I am going to file a complaint with the corporate. Very rude and very sloppy

Did not do as I asked. Had bad front tire & ask to check, balance, & rotate others. Did not do, as I found the back driver's side tire bad as well. Also, charge $28 to put on the new tire that Big O admits is are bad tires & discontinued. How long before the other 2 go bad?!?

Very good experience. Not sure if I got everything promised, but enjoyed the friendliness of the personnel and timeliness of the service. I would recommend Big O without hesitation!

I have come in 3 times for low tire....they tell me it's not the tire ...yet never actually test the tire first to see where the tire is ....no troubleshooting was done except to remove the tire and put it in water. I was told it could be a sensor yet if it is a sensor shouldn't a tire shop be able to tell that...not keep having someone come in again and again? I tend to feel that although they sold the tires when it comes to service that goes with the sale of the tires they don't want to give it their all.....Also, everyone seems like they are always in a bad mood....Customer Service goes a long way!

I had never been to this location before, but it is ver close to my home so I thought I'd give them a try. I had a screw in my tire causing a leak. Before the tech even reached my car to determine if it was repairable, he was telling me about the "Buy 2 Get 2"� deal. He quoted me over $600 for the "deal."� I asked about 1 tire... $150. So I don't know what the "deal"� was based on my math. I went to a competitor where they fixed my leak for free in less than an hour. I will continue to go to Junction Tire as a result of this experience.

Pretty fast in and out. They diagnosed the problem and I ended up spending less than they thought. Will go again for sure
