Big O Tires

The first person I talked to was condescending and rude. He acted like I was wasting his time and like he didn't need my business. The second employee I talked to the one that I payed for the service was much more helpful, and pleasent. This however is not the first time this has happened so I probably will not be back.

I had a coupon for $20 off and the guy told me I would not be able to use it for an air filter. He also told me I would not be able to use it for an oil change. If I used it for the oil change they would charge me double. Not very happy with the way they worked with me. However I got my oil change they did not put a sticker in the window. Not sure if that's normal.

Dropped my truck off at 9:30 A.M. on a Saturday for an oil change, and transmission fluid flush. Got a call 45 mins. later telling me job was completed and truck was ready to pick up.

I went in for a free oil change. I called ahead and told the employees about my coupon. No one explained to me that I would have to "pay the difference." The service guy also quoted me over $600 for new tires and told me I was "going to have a blow out" the next time I drove my vehicle. I was in a panic everytime I drove my car, to the point I didn't even want to drive at all. The only piece of mind this guy gave me was that I can "get a credit card" to cover the expenses. I got tires a week later, from a different Big O Tires.

This was the fourth time I have used Crismon Big-O for a oil change of my diesel F-350. They accomplished the latest oil change and tire rotation this weekwith the same great service and consideration. You can tell the professionalism of the organization when they return your vehicle with no oily hand prints or scars on the wheels. I like the fact that the staff understands that I'm on a fixed income and helps keep the cost down. I would recommend the shop to anyone.

was a bit dissappointed in the service this time ,we had an appoint arrived 15 min early and after 40 min vehicle still wasnt in shop ,we had a couple of problems with the vehicle as told from the service writer and those were addressed but the reason for the visit and the appoint was handled a bit poor .We still have a problem with the alighnment and vehicle still shakes .

To be honest I feel like I got ripped off. I originally brought my car in for an oil change and have the air filter and cabin filter replaced. Steve called me and to me that my tie rods were really bad. He also said I needed my tires rotated. I told him I was disabled and didnt have much money. He didnt change any of my air filters and charged me $127 dollars to have the tires rotated and balanced. I get a flyer to have it done for free and it states that normally its a $35 dollar value. So why was I charged $127 dollars. I was charged $550 dollars for the tie rod ends. I can get the whole kit all day long OEM for under $200.00 So with a total bill of $1474.79 and not even getting done what I originally brought it in for I do not feel like I was taken care of but feel I was taken advantage of. Ive been going to Big-O tires for many years and I do not believe I will again. Tim Poling

I've gotten 2 cars done here 1 got new tires and alignment done 2nd got an alignment people at the service desk are friendly, the people in the shop do a good job in a timely manner will be going again.

I went to this store on Tuesday for an oil change, was asked if I had an appointment. Never had to have one in Colorado and said no. I was told I needed one or I could wait and it would be 2 and a half hours. Made an appointment for the next day at 10:00 a.m. Got there at 10:00 and it took 2 hours. Should have just waited the extra half hour.

Got a flat tire right before I was heading to the airport to catch a flight and the employees were 100% willing to rush in my vehicle and swap out my tire for me. Didn't take longer than 25 minutes. Really appreciated that!

Staff was very friendly and professional but what makes me not want to come back is the fact I had a coupon purchase from a local high school, couldn't use it on anything I needed, brought tire and wheel to have a small puncture repaired, was told the new tire was $240 where as the small puncture was only $16, didn't offer to attempt a fix just automatically said a new tire was needed, agreed to this as I needed the tire fixed, waited all day as the tire wasn't in stock got there just before close 4:50 took the tire home and it was mounted with the directional arrows backwards, took it back and they fixed it. Also they pushed tire warranty after multiple declines from me.

I have done business with Pete Giacolone at the store in Mesa several times now. He is very professional and courteous every time I deal with him. I will continue to go to Big O Tires as long as Pete is there. He's a real pleasure to work with and he's honest!

Took my truck in for tire rotation and oil change and left with an oil leak from the drain plug. Had to change vacation plans and have my daughter take the truck back in to have fixed. Also no compensation for the techs screw or the oil stain on my drive way.

I made an appointment online for the next morning to have a flat tire fixed. When I got there, there was no record of my appointment and they told me flat tire fixes are a priority. It took about an hour and 45 minutes to get it fixed. Way too long in my opinion. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
