I BOUGHT 4 TIRES, MY OLD TIRES WERE 8 YEARS OLD AND GETTING SIDEWALL CRACKS. I HAVE A 2010 EQUINOX, THAT HAS A TIRE PRESSURE ON THE CONSOLE THE TIRE PRESSURE FOR MY EQUINOX IS 35 PSIG COLD. THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS INCORRECT. SEE ATTACHED JPG. THE PICTURE SHOWS THAT THE LF HAS 42 PSIG. ON MANUAL CHECKING THE LR WAS THE 42 LBS TIRE. I RETURNED THAT AFTER NOON, AND THE TIRES WERE PRESSURIZED TO 35 PSIG AND THE TIRE SENSORS WERE RESET TO THE NEW TIRE POSITIONS. THE MANAGER SAID HE THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD RESET THEMSELVES.

I arrived at 7:45am Saturday 7/24 at the Crismon & US 60 location with a trailor tire warranty replacement needed. Staff was friendly and quick to help when I arrived. The gentleman stated it would be no longer than 1 hour but that they were busy. I understood and hung around for a bout 45 mins before I told the service attendant that I was going to grab breakfast up the street and asked if he had my latest contact number. We verified a new mobil number and he told me they would call when it was done. About 30 mins later I came back to the store and hung out for a few mins. I looked through the window into the shop and saw the tire completed and off to the right. I wainted in the office for another 10mins with noone around when I realized I had things to do and left. After I completed errends, I came back around 12:15 and asked the attendant if there was an issue with my tire. He said no and that they tried to call. I asked them the number and it was the old number not the new one I had given them. None of this was a major inconvenience and I understood the issue, it was just frustrating and unnecessary.

Not a particularly pleasant visit. WAY overpriced tire quote, got them up the road for a third of the price. Plus they never called me to tell my car is done after oil change. Luckily I called before closing. And they have never reset my oil monitoring. Loosing faith in this location.

We brought our vehicle in for tire balance and also a "Service Engine Soon" warning. We approved the work to be done after receiving a promise that we would pass emissions following the work. The engine light came on while we were heading home with the vehicle. Beyond frustrating.

The staff were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable especially since we have had our van worked on here in the past. They worked to help diagnose the problem and repaired it in a timely manner.

I bought 4 big o tires A/T at the crimson and us60 location I had a blow out in Maricopa az and the would not warranty the tire because I didn't get them at that location. Then I went back to the location I purchased them at and they said without the blown out tire they can do nothing for me. So I'm screwed buying another tire after I paid for the warrenty. What is the purpose of the warranty if other big o tires don't accept it..

I have my fleet car serviced at BigO. Every time I am let down. I don't believe they do everything they say they do. Every time I see the sheet saying what they did and then I follow up to see and it wasn't done. Like topping off fluids... not done correctly. My fleet car was missing about half a quart of oil!!! They said they filled my washer fluid that I specifically asked for... I check and there was no washer fluid what so ever and it was marked as if they did it. They left finger smudges all over my door. My car seat. My driver side door panel. The manager tried to clean it but used a rag that was dirty and now my car smells like an old oil rag. There was ton of oil spilled in the engine compartment. The air coming thru the vents smelled like oil burning on the engine. The car was smoking from the engine area for about two days from the huge mess the technician left in the engine compartment. Manager was nice. He was upset and tried to help but didn't really help. The effort was there. I think that BigO should pay for a detail on the car. I will no longer take my two trucks and car to BigO for service. If someone doesn't reach out to me to detail my fleet vehicle. When I was young I used to be an oil lube tech. You should talk to your guys/gals and let them know hey should wash hands before getting in out of a car they are servicing.

Purchased tires from Valvista store about a year ago. Needed flat repair, your store is more convient now. Dropped off truck at 8 am. At 10 am said tire needed to be replaced under partial warrenty, ok. Tire was to be delivered to store and truck returned by 2 pm. didint happen . tire never was delivered and had to pick up truck to return another day. No sense of urgency to make sure customer was taken care of.

Nuts are usally place back on when you purchase over $1000 worth of shocks and struts. After having my truck all day, i took my family out to dinner hearing a strange rattle to find the nuts were not on the bolts hold the shocks. not pleased to have to return to the store to have them put new nuts on... and then to be told they must have vibrated off.. both sides... could have at least thrown in a free oil change for my time off of work to correct this issue....

Really? 3rd customer in and 2 1/2 hours for an oil change! After an hour, checked out the bay's and they had 6 vehicles on lifts and not a soul to be found. Watched for another half hour and saw one technician work for 30 seconds! Don't know what they were doing, but..... Unless you have all day, don't go!

This is the second time, I feel the service was not completed all the way. I thought that my windshield was to be cleaned and my oil odometer was to be reset. It was not done for the second time. It seems like the work on the main stuff but forgot the small little things in the service.

I visited them two weeks ago and so glad I did! I had unexpected road trip so I took my car in to have my air presure and tires checked. My car was bought brand new two yrs ago and as a precaution wanted my tires checked. Glad I did. One of my tires had a punctured hole and although it was not a flat tire I was told that any rock on the road may cause damage on the tire. They had it fixed right away on a busy Saturday morning and I was on my way out within an hour. The staff was great and friendly. You can tell the store was busy and they managed to accommodate me in their schedule. I did over hear that oil changes take a lot longer of a wait so I would recommend scheduling ahead of time. I would definitely return again.
