Two and one half hours for scheduled oil change. After two hours of waiting they notified me of a drain plug issue only after I asked how much longer I had to wait. Another half hour waiting for part to arrive. Had to reschedule some appointments due to the delay. Just let customers know when their is an issue as soon as it happens!

We had torn the sidewall of our right left tire; needed to have service, repair/replacement right away. Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon and Doug was very cordial and offered to examine the tire and take care of me that afternoon while I waited. I was in/out within an 1 1/2 hrs, that included replacing the tire, balancing and wheel alignment. Also during inspection Doug discovered our battery needed replacement and this was taken care of as well,

I made an eight o'clock app for oil change and free alignment check. The oil changed happened right away and two hrs later I went outside and my car was outside but the alignment check had not been done. The alignment stall had been empty for quite awhile. I left after a two hour wait because of another appt. Very disappointing!!!! The service writer apologized and said come back and we will get you right in. How can that happen when I had an appointment?

They did both of my vehicles in an afternoon. Received the usual excellent service and prices are reasonable.

Couple years ago I bought a set of four tires and the agreement was that Big O tires will make a free rotation when need it. I stopped by few months later and asked for the rotation and the associate told me that they were very busy and recommend to set up an appointment within a week but earlier, I'm a busy person and work most of the day so it wasn't an option for me. I came back again when I had another opportunity due to request get off early from work for such purpose, like a month after and same thing happens... So, Big O tires don't honor their agreement because is free and don't get any money out of it ? Such a shame

I bought my tires at this store and am happy with the tires. However, both times that I have them rotated they do not set the pressures correctly and my TPMS is in fault. They are courteous and quick but that does not matter if they cannot do the job correctly.

Offered to change my air filter. Didn't mention they didn't have any in stock. Waited an hour for the filter, never showed, so I left with the old one back in the truck. No complaints with the oil change.

I've bought several tires there now, and they are always great to us. I love that they are no pressure, no BS, and give me the best deal they have right from the get-go. They don't try to sell me things I don't need, and they're always up-beat, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with.

The man at the front desk tried to get me to sign up for your credit card about 5 times. I told him i did not want your card but he persisted. The final time he tried and i said no he rolled his eyes at me as if i dumb for not accepting. The first no should have been enough. For this i will be going elsewhere for my car needs in the future.

Bought 2 new tires, wanted them installed up front. One of the wasn't installed, it was put in the trunk as a spare??? Was bussy no time to wait longer. Got home to realize they forgot to reinstall my hud cap. Worked 10 hour days couldn't find time to go back for three days. Was told plastic gets old, must have fallen off, they couldn't have forgotten it. Basically Im S. O. L.

Doug and the Big O Tire's team on Crismon Rd., Mesa, AZ are absolutely awesome! The customer service is always warm and welcoming. They always show they truly care and will go above and beyond making you happy. They're honest and work hard to give you the best possible deal. I couldn't imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else!

I provided a list of items I wanted worked on. Several were missed. New struts were installed on the car. At least one of them was defective and I had to return the car for additional repairs. Obviously the car was not road tested as the the defective strut was very obvious when driving the car. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service and will not be returning to Big O for any additional service. I had asked for a transmission service which was not done requiring the car to be returned for additional service. NOT HAPPY.

I dropped off my car for an oil change, alignment and a tire replacement after receiving a coupon in the mail. The coupon said (in bold) that they will match competitor coupons. Upon dropping my vehicle off they wouldn't honor the oil change coupon from a competitor which was basically across the street or another competitor for the alignment which happened to come in the same mailer as theirs. I gave the ok to do the alignment and tire replacement. The next they tell me they can't even do the alignment because they didn't have the right tool and I since I said "I was picky about it being right" they didn't want to mess with it. So a few buck later I got my tire replaced and was on my way to a competitor.
