Big O Tires

I asked to have my parking brake checked I wasn't given a response so after the tires I purchased were installed I went to one of your computers ( Brakes plus) I asked to have my Parking brake looked at 30 minutes later I was handed my keys with the Parking brake adjusted and was asked to come back when I need any brake work done so needless to say Brake plus will have my business for now on

Doug, Steve, and brad were great! They fixed all problems and in a professional and timely manner.

Tire was priced cheaper here than any other tire shop I could find. They ordered the tire and it was delivered in less than 24 hours... I asked for a quote to replace my ball joints and to ask the for the tire psi to be checked on the other 3 tires. Never got the quote and they didn't have the tech check the other tires psi. I guess they weren't interested in profit for the company. On a good note, the tech who installed my tire was a nice kid.

3 1/2 hours is to long to change 2 tires, took advantage of a women.

Needed tires done before my long Memorial Day vacation. They got me in at the end of the day. Price was competitive. Happy with purchase. Didn't have to worry about tires on my trip. Thanks Big O!!

The guy at the counter didn't seem to understand what I was asking for and I had to clarify multiple times. I even had to reclarify after I saw that the tech didn't do what I had asked the guy at the counter to do. I know that falls on the guy at the counter, not the tech. It was simple; two new tires on the trailer and the one decent tire to be put as the spare. The old tire I wanted as the spare was not mounted and was just stuck in the back of my truck. I was given an hour wait estimate and was there for two hours before I drove away!

Got my tires rotated and air pressure wasn't checked after I had 70lbs in front 50 in back. Did coolant. Flush I have old coolant all over top of engine parts. They also checked fluids and my oil and transmission dipstick are both hanging out not properly put back over all fast friendly service but ultimately extremely sloppy work very dissaponted

The Oil Change took close to two hours after I got there. Plus it says the windshield was to be cleaned and it was not. Plus my oil reset on the escape was not done and did not receive a sticker when I should have my next oil change. A lot of little things were missed.

This Is the 2nd time my truck has been in your store, Was one year ago the 1st time and of course it was done incorrectly I had a warranty but nothing covered it, The check engine light was on when I brought it in a year ago it was off for about 2 weeks and came back on I brought it in I don't know how many times they couldn't figure it out so I gave up, I was charged $35 for gas cap, That year, And we all know they're only about $7, Anyway this year I brought it in hoping they could get the check engine light off and the Check gas cap Which cost $35 last year, But of course this year that had nothing to do with it, And the warranty didn't cover that ??? Don't understand . Anyways I have to correct myself the warranty is for Bringing The truck in this year before the warranty expired, Nothing was covered of course, I feel the gas cap should have been, Anyways here I am again 3 days later and the check engine light is on so I have to bring the truck back in great service I was promised everything was fixed and nothing to worry about because they found the problem with the gas cap in that there was something with the lines In the gas blah blah blah it never stops more money more money I don't think so, I will not pay any more money, I think you guys should stick to tires, Or get better mechanics, I do not understand, Also I asked for the AC to be checked I said it wasn't blowing cool they said it was fine well it's not, They didn't even check It, What kind of place does that, Like I said stick the tires, It was my mistake to go back again, And I'm usually not this mean but seriously you can only take a person's money soul many times, Twice is enough, I have a Warranty and this one will be honored like I said no more money from Us, We work hard we are not rich and shame on you big O!!!!!

It was Great

I took my vehicle to Big O on Crismon Rd, on Sat, 9/5, for a simple oil change. Came away with a $424 repair bill, and a rattle noise under the dash. Turned around, went back to ask what the noise was. Spoke with the shop manager, was informed that was very common with Impalas, it would take another 8 hours of repair & part. After the vehicle is turned off, the noise continues for 30 seconds, very annoying. I hate to blame anyone, but I feel my vehicle was sabotaged. I swear on a stack of bible, no such noise exsisted under the dash. I'm not paying another huge repair bill, it was not my doing. I thought your company is all about saving customer money. I'm a senior citizen on a budget. My goal was to pay the promo balance on my bill by December, now it's not going to happen. I would like the problem resolved immediately. This incident has place me as a dissatisfied customer.

Went in for my 1st oil change as a new resident in Arizona. Stopped by Monday, 11/9/15 but was told wait time was 1-1/2 -2 hours so I left. Came back on Wed, 11/11/15 wait was less 1 to 1-1/4 hours. Took about 1-1/2 hours. Paid and went on my way, 10 minutes later got a call from store, they forgot to put back on the wheel caps on all 4 tires.. I had to return making me late for a Dr. appointment. Later in the afternoon I looked over my car and found the hood and driver side door were smudged with grease. To say the least I was quite disappointed. Back in Illinois I never had to wait more than 35-40 minutes for an oil change and my car was never returned to me with grease marks or with parts forgotten to be put back on. I may try again to use Big O, but at a different location.

Great experience!

I went there 2 days ago to have the oil changed in my car. Oil leaked out of my car when I got home in the garage and driveway and they put the wrong oil in my car. I took the car back to get it fixed. They changed the oil to right kind and said they fixed where the oil was leaking from. The next day, oil is still leaking out of my car.

Just stoped In for a tire replacement. Got a great deal and was on my way in less then 30 min. Great job
