Big O Tires

I will keep coming back, I was just disappointed that I was confirmed an appointment at 9:00 and when I brought the car in they said that they had me at 11:00. It then took them from 9-11 to finished my oil change and tire rotation. I should hve been asked to come back rather than wait for two hours.

I dealt with two customer service reps. Both were helpful, professional, and I feel gave me a fair price. I'll be back.

Took to long to complete service

I have been using there services for over 2 years now and have always been very satisfied.

After a simple oil change, ended up with oil all over my garage. Had to take time off of work to bring it back in. Also I was told I needed an air filter and declined replacement. As we drove it the a/c starting making a weird noise my husband had to fix. The filter was no put back correctly. Not real happy about my visit.

It took longer then what they said it would take to rotate and balance tires.

We needed tires. We checked at the dealer only to find their sale wasn't really a sale at all (and the tires were not of good quality, check your ratings, folks). So we called Big O, discussed options, ordered the tires to be delivered the following day. Tires came in, they are great! We needed an alignment, which was supposed to have been done 6 months ago by someone else - interesting to see proof shown by Big O's diagnostics that it had never been done! The car now drives like a dream, the tires are great, the warranty that came with them, Big O's Tire/Service/Roadside Warranty, is such a comfort and an added value to the tire! We are so glad we went to Big O for our tires. Also, the service team was great. They listened, they were prompt and they made us feel like we made a great purchase, which, really, is an unexpected finale to the buying tires experience. Thank you, Big O!

The alignment - once i got it was still off. If i hold the steering wheel straight - i veer off to the right. I have to hold it about 20degrees off center.

I told the guy at the counter I needed the passenger back tire replaced due to a small leak that required filling the tire every few days, and whatever other one was worse. The next day I had to add air to that tire so it was not replaced. They just replaced the front 2 tires. Now I have to scrape more money together to get the other 2 replaced. Not sure I will be back.

Ken was very friendly and helpful in choosing the right tires for my vehicle.

This is the second time I was lied to when getting an oil change. I was told it was 34.99 for a mix blend change yet when I picked up my car it was 45. They always seems to forget to tell you about hidden charges. Won't be going back again. I'm done with Big O

After my car was done with a brake repair, I found a huge glob of lube sitting in my driver seat. It has completely stained my seat now.

I liked these guys. Initially very helpful. But, it became quickly obvious that they saw me coming, an out of town customer in need of help, who could be sold more than what was needed. Even though the issues with my van obviously pointed to a possible fuel filter, fuel pump or torque converter issue, they refused to address those issues unless I bought a complete tune-up from them. I was stuck. My van wouldn't make it to another vendor and I had limited time. Basically, it's an integrity issue. I have had Big O Tires do lots of work for me over the years, but would not recommend this one.

Just a great group of people working here. Service is professional and polite. Lets face it .. you can get tires and service anywhere. Why not go to a pleasant, clean facility that offers great service and fair prices and as a bonus has awesome service managers that treat you with respect. They will continue to get my hard earned money.

We had made an appointment a week in advance so that our car would be ready in good time and got there early (the appointment was for 10am). Evidently the paperwork was misplaced, and the car didn't go in for the rotation until 10:30, and that was after I asked how the work was progressing. The work was fine and the fellow who did the work was very professional and thorough.

It all went well. I only hope now I get m y $50.00 credit card, that will make it nice.
