The last time I got tires at Big O he put the wrong tires on there as comparable tires to the Goodyear ones I wanted. I had him take them off and I went to another store. This time they couldn't do a full alignment on my car but still charged me for it anyway. At least the manager gave me a refund on it this time. I just feel like I'm always getting a bad deal whenever I buy anything other than oil changes.

I have to be honest, the service performed on my vehicle needed a comeback. When I called to let them know I was not a happy customer, they exceeded my expectations in treating me exceptionally well and making sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I think we all make mistakes, but how one goes to make it right says much about their integrity and character. Thank you very much for making it right.

They initially tried to charge me $130 for an alignment and would only price match when I threatened to walk away. I get the opposite service at Discount Tire. They gave me a diagnosis that was helpful, but their quote was almost double what other garages were quoting.

I love Big O and always take my truck there; They listen to me when I have a concern on it and follow through on checking everything; I do have a little tiny problem; the tv is always so loud in the waiting area but then I'm sure that some folks have hearing problems; lol; I will say that after my husband passed I went to Discount tires and was very dissatisfied with the way they talked to me like a woman doesn't know anything and I got a bad set of tires that fell apart with in a year. I will always come to Big O's and have told my daughters the same. I feel like they listen to me. Thankyou

Very slow service. All I wanted was a tire checked for leakage and Nitrogen fill for all the tires. The Nitrogen Green valve stem covers were not there as should have been.

Doug... the manager at baseline and crimson was very helpful.... my sons car had quit a few issues and Doug knowing that my son was very tight on money didn't take advantage and made sure he got fixed only what really needed to be fixed in order for his car to be safe to drive... I've been taken advantage of before with car repairs that didn't really need to be done and I was very appreciative that Doug took the time and care to explain and show my son what really had to be done.

Im not adverse to making money or paying you money for the things I ask you to do on the vehicles I bring into your store. However a tire balance should be something that is an in and out type of deal. It took you 3 hours to get my four tires balance and my wife back in the road. On top of the 3 hours, the quote you gave me for other items that needed to be fixed on my car was high. Im a hack and I can find the parts you were going to put on for less then half in some cases. You need to make money but blue sky doesn't come out of peoples wallets either. I'm usually satisfied with your service once its done. its just getting there is painful.... 3 hours 4 tires balanced..... just sayin!

Ordered tires over the phone. Showed up at store, reasonable wait time fore new tire install. Managers very friendly and polite. Only issue that was disappointing, when I got home I checked the tire pressure in each tire, they were all different! Would expect a tire shop to be able to get the proper pressure in new tires!

I called early in the morning to see if I could get a new battery for my car, I was told to bring it in. I got my car started and brought it in, I told them what I thought it needed, they said they would check it out. I needed a new battery. I stayed and I enjoyed a fresh cup of delicious coffee. It was done in a very timely manor. The customer service was great. Very polite and very friendly. I am an older women and he was very kind to me. Thank you Nancy

only complaint is tires were rotated as part of service however, air pressure was not checked and tires inflated, as needed. which in turn I had to do at service station the following day.

I stopped in for 4 tires, no appt, got me in 4 tires and alignment, and i was out in 2 hours.

I was a little disappointed that they damaged my tailgate on my new Jeep. They obviously closed the tailgate then closed the window down on it leaving a line across the top of the tailgate. On Jeeps you have to close the window then the tailgate. I know things happen but the real issue is that nobody said anything about it nor was it taken care of. I had to point it out to Chris when I picked up my vehicle. I did not care for his attitude either. It was well we do not have anything to take care of it here but you can bring it back. They had the vehicle all day and they should of taken care of it then. Also they broke one of the weather stripping clips I assume from grabbing it there to close. Fortunately the dealer is replacing it under warranty Monday. Now That is taking two trips to the dealer, one for the appointment and one to fix plus I had to get some polishing compound to rub out the marks across the tailgate. The final thing is the price. I got a price for the tire and wheels, then added installing the lift and alignment. When looking at the bill I noticed two things one was the TPMS Accessory rebuild kit. On the first estimate it is $32.00 but on the actual bill it is $40.00 the second item is instant savings-tire which is $50.00 this item was left off all together

they were very professional and treated me like I was the only one there to help. I appreciate that kind of service. Coming from the medical field I expect to be treated just as good if not better from others. Thank you for taking care of my issues , explaining the issues, and me leaving feeling confident in using your Big O. I living in Payson and will not use the Big O right there in my town, Ill be happy to drive to Mesa. Thanks again

I was informed that i was low on oil but i just checkwd the oil befor i went in for a rotation amd the one kid said that my oil plug was leaking and the gasket came off as i stood there watching him increase the tightness on the bolt i know as well as everyine else does the more you tighten stuff that will incrrase the likelyness off the gasket to come off if i was leaking oil that bad 2 weeks ago how come i havent needed oil si ce that day

The guys were awesome. I bring my vehicle in when it is needed and this particular time they did an excellent job. It was a large job but they took care of me and kept me in contact in regards to the status of my vehicle at all times. I did not go without a vehicle furlong and the job was completed with a A+. I treated them to Donuts although my thanks was definitely accepted. Wonderful job guys

I appreciate the quality of service, especially as I didn't have an appointment. But imagine my shock when I awoke the next day to a flat tire as it was Sunday...the location that installed 4 new tires was closed...I had to find a location that was open...they told me the valve stem was installed wrong as my car has low tire indicator!!
