The price on my tires was slightly better than Discount and the store is very close to my home. Those are the only benefits. The service is incredibly slow. The employees act as if they are work their under duress. Vehicle was not done on time. Rarely get a call when the service is complete. Some customerrands service training would go a long way!!

Usually over the years they have been the best but as a mechanic I see the kids working in there they forget to do the simple things that you paid for.And i get driving down the road tires are still off balance now I think that's just because of younger kids not caring . Since I can balance my own tires I'll use big o but for all my other work is done by my hands beend doing it for years

I brought my 2003 Chevrolet 2500 in to have the alignment adjusted and after I left the service manager called to let me know that the transmission cooler return line was leaking and needed to be replaced. When I asked how much to replace the line I was told the line would cost $189 and the labor was 4 hours for a total cost of around $800. I checked with two local chevrolet dealers and the part costs $20 from the dealer. I am disappointed that you would charge $169 dollars more then the dealer for a simple part. Knowing this I would be very careful if I sent my wife to have any work done on her car at your location since we wouldn't know if we were being charged outrageous prices or not.

I was the second person in line and they started my car at 6:50. I arrived at 6:30 just to be first in line. It should not have taken two hours for an oil change and to fix a flat tire. Everyone came and went before me and I should've been way ahead of everyone else. Makes me wonder if they deliberately kept me waiting.

It has been a week now since I purchased new tires for my Subaru Forester. The rep was terrific, the service staff terrific and the tires are terrific. I guess that makes it all terrific!!!

I had set up a on-line appointment a few days prior for 8am Arriving at the store at 7:40am I was informed the store showed the appointment was for 9am. I had conformation email from Big O at the time I made the appointment clearly showing 8am. Didn't seem to matter to the clerk and was told I'd have to wait as they were expecting the 8am to arrive shortly! So much for Quality Customer Care!

I spend on average $500 Monthly at this location. I think I am a "good customer". I trust Doug and his Team. Recently, I bought a Tesla Model S. I had back-to-back flat tires. Passenger rear, driver rear. $400+ each tire. When I bought these tires, I assumed 'Road Hazard' was included? I've always purchased 'Road Hazard' insurance for my tires. For these 2 tires I wasn't offered? Lo and behold, I get another freakin' flat tire?! I was stunned to learn that not only would I need to purchase a new tire, in addition, I would need to now buy the road hazard insurance for both tires. I know that Doug and his team didn't not offer me 'Road Hazard' to somehow hurt me...but, had I been offered, I for sure would've bought and I wouldn't have had to learn the hard way as I did Wednesday morning. I just didn't think it was fair. I try to be a good customer. I refer others to this location, I always leave positive feedback. You guys do a Killer job for my family's cars.

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation but when I picked up my car the low tire light was still on so I'm not sure the tire rotation was done but tire pressure was for sure not checked.

fix the nail in my tire was in an out and less than 30 minutes
