I have been in about 4 - 5 times for the same issue and it's not fun to have to keep going in for the same thing! I have had to have my left front tire fixed every weekend due to a hole or bent valve or even crud from mysterious fix a flat that someone used at sometime previous, but was never an issue prior, nor was it mentioned to me that this was an issue. I will probably be in Saturday, since this has been a reoccurring issue with this tire. I was told that if I came in again with the same issue, it would be replaced, but I guess it's easier to say that it's a bent valve again (which I don't know how I have access to this valve to bend) or like the new one I got was that it's corroded fix a flat that has caused this issue is easier to tell someone than to replace the tire!!

I called the day before to set up an appointment. They were very polite and professional on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment they were quick to get my car taken care of. When I picked up my vehicle they took the time to explain the services that were performed and how to maintain my vehicle. Every employee I talked with was very polite and professional!

I waited two hours to get my tires worked on , and I was the only customer there for tire service at that time, Discount tire is 75% faster on tire service.

They take care of my truck and keep my wife's Equinox in tip top shape. Thanks for a great job.

The extra cost of warranty $100+ was not communicated to me.

Came in with tire trouble on 4 tires and saw the pricing was perfect. Steve assisted me on getting all 4 replaced and also letting me know ahead of time that some further repairs will need to be done, that the other repair shop didn't notice, and everything was taken care of in a respectable amount of time.

1/13/2018 brought in 05 Murano/ 99 Silverado was charged your special, put new windshield wipers on Silverado. Made appointment foe my 09 Murano. 1/15/2018 ARRIVED AT SET TIME, was TOLD NO APPIONTMENT WAS SCHEDULED, WAS RUDLY INFORMED HE WAS GOING BY INFO INFRONT OF HIM, GAVE MY CONTACT# AND WHAT YOU KNOW. APPOINMENT?? TWO HOURS LATER PAID for your regular oil change service fee. Service was faster with no appointment on two cars then with only one car with appointment. really don't expect a reply on this.

The most professional automotive shop I've ever been to

Normally I get great service. This last time I came in for my tires to get rotated and balanced along with an alignment check. As I was waiting I had some coffee from the lounge, which is normally full. This time 1 person sitting and only 1 type of coffee to choose from. They got my truck in and our in an unexpected short amount of time and I was shocked. Drove around in the city just fine, but when I went to work that night my truck my vibrated like just was known as dirt road'so washboard. Now I have to go back after a day's work or plan on going on my day off, again. Not pleased!!

This is the best Auot shop. I take all my vehicles here and have always been treated fairly & well informed prior before any work took place. I highly recommend & the people here are so knowledgeable & have great people skills. The shop even offers a shuttle service for those long one-day car jobs. My vehicles always run like new as I get them serviced here all the time. Money well spent to keep things running smooth.

Not satisfied

I take all three of my cars to BigO on Crismon, they take care of all my cars.. always great service, at a good price..

They never clean my windshield during oil changes even though it is part of the package. I have had 2 opportunities for big o to perform some work on my car and both times i asked for a refund due to unsatisfactory work or wrong tires

Very professional

I had a poor experience, starting at the front counter. I explained to the person at the counter what I wanted, he obviously made no note about it and when the vehicle was said to be ready, the tires where mounted incorrectly. It also took two and a half hours to mount and balance two tires and they did not even install new valve stems. I also noticed the mechanics were moving my vehicle with greasy hands and got my steering wheel dirty,and I ended up with grease on my hands.

Lots of people were having work done and I expected a long wait, however these guys were FAST! They were also working in 112 degree weather on hot cars. Excellent service, great prices and friendly. I love my new tires.

Had a 9 am appointment. Car had never been moved until I questioned why not over an hour later. An apology was given and was told he would find out why my car hadn't been moved. A few minutes later, the gentleman that set up my appointment told me he forgot to put my appointment time on the top of my paperwork, his boss had called him out of his work space or he would have noticed my car was not being taken care of. He then got my car in for the oil change, rotation of tires and balance and said he would not mark my VIP card (no charge basically). He said they had just started setting up appointments and apologized again. Problem solved.
